Are your clothes unisex?
No, all of our clothing is separated by gender unless explicitly stated in the product.
What size do I need?
Our sizes are based on European size charts. Each product has its own size guide, so you can see exactly which size fits best. Please allow 1–3 cm for error, as the products are measured manually.

Can I get advice about the size?
Absolutely! Email us at info@ravefit.nl or send a DM to @ravefitnl for quick advice. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
🛒 ORDER.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Typically not. Because we work extensively with print-on-demand, and your items are produced and shipped directly from our fulfillment center, changes or cancellations are limited.
Do you have a request? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@ravefit.nl or send a DM to @ravefitnl . Has your order already been shipped? Then you can return it after receipt according to our returns policy .
How do I know my order has been received?
After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a second email with track & trace information.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We'll fix it! Email us your name, order number, a photo of the defect, and the product name. We'll send you a replacement free of charge.

What is the delivery time?
We ship quickly, usually within 1–5 business days . The current estimated shipping time is listed with each product.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver in:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- France
Do I have to pay import duties or additional charges?
If applicable, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I am not home when the delivery takes place?
Your package will then be taken to a collection point. You'll have an average of 5–7 days to pick it up. If you don't collect it, it will be returned. In that case, you'll be charged additional shipping costs for resending it.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order worry-free within 30 days , regardless of the reason. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Are returns free?
No, return shipping costs are for the customer.

How can I register a return?
- Log into your account and submit a return request.
- After approval, you can create a return label via this link .
- Print the label, stick it on your package and send it back.
The return address is on the label.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges. You can return your product and then reorder it yourself.
When will I receive my money back?
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 business days .
Do I need to use insured shipping for my return?
Yes, your return is automatically trackable and insured when you use our return label. This way, you're always covered.
When will my return be rejected?
Returns will be refused if the product:
- Is damaged or shows visible signs of use
- Not in original packaging (including tags and bag)
Can I put multiple returns in one package?
Yes, that's no problem. Please clearly indicate which orders are included.
